To help expedite your purchase or lease, please download and fill out the application below. All Applications must be completed before approval can be made on a sale or lease.

• Applications should be completed and brought in to the main office with all associated fees.
• All fees should be paid by Cashiers Check or Money Order payable to Meadows on the Green. 
• Applications must be submitted two weeks before occupancy.
• Before occupancy, there must be an interview.
• Interviews are by appointment only.
• NO INTERVIEW, NO OCCUPANCY!

The following are available for purchase from the Association:

• Governing Documents, $50.00 each
• Entry Gate Clicker, $50.00 each
• Pool Key, $25.00 each
• Gym Key, $25.00  each
• Rental Application Fees are $150 Per Application
